How Conscious Child Preschool was born…

Brad and Jess Dale, owners of Conscious Child Preschool & Learning Center have over 30 years of combined experience in early childhood education. 

Mr. Brad spent over 17 years in early childhood education in Sierra Vista as both Director and teacher. He also spent seven years at Cochise College in the Adult Education department serving as a math teacher, Student Success, and Career coach and the final two years as Director. Very proud of his accomplishments at Cochise College, Brad’s love and passion for teaching young children never died. 

Mrs. Jess spent 15 years as a stay-at-home Mom & homeschooler. She spent an equal amount of time volunteering in preschool children’s ministry in both Arizona and Texas. Jess has also been a doula for the past 12 years supporting pregnant women during pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum. She had a very successful career with Circle Surrogacy, ranked one of the top agencies in the country devoted to helping intended parents become parents through surrogacy. 

Brad and Jess were married in 2020 after spending 11 years apart. Together they now share 5 children that range from 7-21 years of age. The newly married couple focused their time aligning their lives to find their life’s purpose. During one of many hikes, they spent reflecting on their passions and what made their heart’s fire ignite. It was then; Conscious Child Preschool & Learning Center was born. Brad and Jess look forward to spreading love to families in Sierra Vista, Hereford, and the surrounding areas.
