NEW Conscious Kids Wellness Classes

Introducing a NEW wellness class for kids ages 5-10. Classes cover specific social emotional learning lessons, breath awareness, mindful movement(yoga), community connection, creative expression and relaxation through meditation. Activities help kids channel their energy and increase their ability to cultivate inner peace. These powerful practices when practiced consistently, reduce stress, heighten focus, improve behavior and enhance academic performance while cultivating increased self awareness. *Must commit to a month-long enrollment.
